What's a good weight for a 5 foot 4 woman in early 30s?

I go between 125-130 and am very happy with my body - lean, muscled, and thin. If I drop below 120 I look seriously sick and too skinny. Over 135 and I start looking a little roundy.

I'm 5'4 with a large frame and look best between 130 and 133

Now in my 40s with two kids and a stressful job and I'm psyched when I hit 132-134. At 140 it's pretty gross.

This exactly.

I am 5'4 and 147. I don't feel great. This time last year I was 128 and felt fantastic and was between a 2 and a 4. Now I'm a 6 or 8 but just feel blobby overall. I would love to be 118 but it's just never going to happen.

I seriously do no understand the numbers here. I'm 5'7 135lb and don't look thin at all, Im in good shape and have around 18% body fat, wear size 4. I just cannot comprehend how someone so much shorter than me can look ill under 130. Sounds completely delusional I'm sorry.
OP, I'm European so I'll tell you what I know in centimeters at your height that is roughly 162 cm you subtract 100 for normal and 110 for perfect weight. Which is 52-62 kg max. 115-135 lb.

Its weight that you feel happy enough about and stop looking for outside validation. Easier said than done but its true. If that's 160 lbs then, eff the haters. If its 110, the same applies. If its more like 100lbs or 250 lbs you might have some mental issues to work through more than physical ones, but even then, maybe not and live and let live.

Im 5'4. When i was in my early thirties i kept my weight at 115 or below and looked great.

I am now in my 40s and currently at 125 - I dont look overweight but dont look good. When I can get my weight to 115 I still look good but this is a struggle now.

I am very small framed and boned and cant handle any weight

I am from France and average 115 lbs for 5"3. Most of my friends think that I need to gain weight but that's just crazy!!! Women here are bigger compared to European standards. To answer OP, between 110/120 sounds good.

I am 5"4 for 121lbs and I need to lose a couple more. I think 115/117 is a good weight.

What are you, A- cups?

Geez, I'm 5'4" and if I weighed any less (I'm 135) I would be gaunt. But then again I have D cups and a nice butt in addition to my small waist!

You are fat at 135.

Aw, I hurt the boobless wonder's feelings!

Better boobless than fat

I think your weight is totally perfect for your height by any standard. It's funny how people here in the US comment how thin I am when in my home country I wouldn't be considered thin but average.

I am 5'4" and weight 115. I am small boned and curvy, so it looks healthy on me. When I was 130, I was chunky.

My friend who is same height, but bigger boned weighs about 130, and she looks great.

There really is no perfect number.

Maybe you're those sizes at jcrew or banana republic, but I'm taller than you and weigh less and I'm fit but I'm a size 4 or 6 in the real world. I agree with your healthy range.

No, I wear Theory, JBrand etc. Size 2.

Did I write this (except I'm a few years older)? Weirdly, that two or three pounds between the 120s and the 130s is very visible on me. At 127 I look and feel great.

+2, except I'm 38. At 130-132, I look really good, but at 128, I look great. I'm not a big scale-watcher, but I was losing weight for a competition with friends and was surprised how big of a difference 3-5 pounds could make.
