150 is not huge. Moron.
I'm 5'4" and looked terribly unhealthy at 118. I have nice curves at 140 and my face isn't sunken. |
| I'm 5'4 and 118. I look slim. Under 115 I start looking quite skinny. |
I would also worry about brittle bones later in life at a weight below 115. |
Must be a dude |

I'm 5'4" and weighed 125 in my early 30s. Felt great - looked great. Think my measurements were 35-25-35.
Now in my 40s with two kids and a stressful job and I'm psyched when I hit 132-134. At 140 it's pretty gross.

Not huge. I am that height and 130. People start asking if I am eating if I dip lower than 126. I have a lean and muscular body. |
| Totally depends on your build. I'm 5'7" and look great at 120 but I have a small frame. Id say 125 would probably look best. |
| I have a small frame, am 5'5" and am thin at 112-115. I still look good at 120, but unless I'm working out to put on muscle, it's hard for me to get past 115. |
| I'm 5'5, 42 & weigh 131. I'd be much happier & look better at 125-128. |
|
I'm 5"4', early thirties and 110lbs, my heaviest weight. It looks normal on me because I have very small bones. For a more typical build, maybe 120? |
Yup. |
| Depends on your muscle to fat ratio honestly but if you're not very muscular I would say 120 if you are I would say 130 |
| 150 looks grat on some people, not so great on others. If you have some muscle tone, stand up straight, and wear something flattering, you could be really hot without losing another pound. But ultimately, are you really going to starve yourself just to fit into some people's idea of an ideal weight? I think your ideal weight is whatever weight you end up at when you get plenty of sleep, you eat healthy, tasty food until you are no longer hungry (but not until you're stuffed) and do something enjoyable every day that makes you sweat. |
| It depends how you carry weight and what your fitness level is but I would say 150 is a touch overweight. Not much though. Maybe better to be around 130? |
I'm 150 at 5'4 and there's no denying that I'm chubby. Not horribly overweight, but noticeably chubby. I think 125 would be ideal on my frame. |
