I am 5"4 for 121lbs and I need to lose a couple more. I think 115/117 is a good weight.

What are you, A- cups?

Geez, I'm 5'4" and if I weighed any less (I'm 135) I would be gaunt. But then again I have D cups and a nice butt in addition to my small waist!

You are fat at 135.

Aw, I hurt the boobless wonder's feelings!

I'm 5'4 and 118 with 32 DDs. I have no waist or ass though.

Are your breasts real or augmented? That sounds unusual to have large breasts whe so thin

I am 5'4" and will be turning 50, I look good at 145, great at 138, too thin at 130. I have a large frame.

32 DD is pretty small, actually. 32D is about the same size "boob" as a 36B. You're probably thinking of a 36DD, which would be legitimately large breasts.

Signed, a former 32D who gained weight and needs to get measured again.

5"4 is short so between 105 to 115 max.

If you're a total stick figure...

Or skinny fat...

I think 110-120 is the best weight for that height.

I'm 5'4" and wear a size 2 but weight 121 lbs. if I weighed 110 I'd be a double zero. I think 115-135 is a healthy range. We all carry weight differently and have varying degrees of muscle.

Here's a formula for ideal weight I read once. 5'= 100 pounds. Add five pounds an inch over that. Subtract 10% is you work on camera. So 120 for 5'4"; 108 if you are a newscaster.

I am 5'4" myself and doctor was not pleased I hit 154 in second pregnancy. Started at 117. Have not weighted myself since. Measure my waist instead. Currently 27" and would like 25".

I just dont get why people have to be so nasty to each other. Why does anyone else care if someone thinks they are thin at 140 lbs or fat at 110 lbs?

OP, it doesn't matter what other people think. Everyone carries weight differently, due to their muscle mass, their build, and their distribution. What matters is how healthy you are, how feasible it is to maintain your weight healthily and how you think you look. If you think you look too thin, then eat a cookie (and lift weights).

So many things factor into this. Frame size, density of bones, how much muscle you have.

Maybe you're those sizes at jcrew or banana republic, but I'm taller than you and weigh less and I'm fit but I'm a size 4 or 6 in the real world. I agree with your healthy range.

If you have some muscle tone, stand up straight, and wear something flattering, you could be really hot without losing another pound. But ultimately, are you really going to starve yourself just to fit into some people's idea of an ideal weight? I think your ideal weight is whatever weight you end up at when you get plenty of sleep, you eat healthy, tasty food until you are no longer hungry (but not until you're stuffed) and do something enjoyable every day that makes you sweat.

I'm 5'4" and in my 30s. When I was younger, I was between 110-120. I was skinny and didn't workout. Then, I got older, went through pregnancies and my metabolism got lazy. I'm 130-135. My body is a lot more dense now b/c I lift to build muscle and strengthen my bones. I'm very comfortable in my size 4 clothing. I used to be a 4 in the 120s, but I my body composition was a lot different.
