OP here
Some PPs are right, I have no idea if parents are aware of the issue. If they are, teachers are not at fault. I just would like to make sure they call ME if MY kid is in pain and they cannot take care of it. I am not talking scraped knees or the like, but cases where say a medication may need to be administered. Like high fever for example. Do you guys think my asking them to do so is enough? |
My DD was constipated in preschool at age 3, and her teacher called me to pick her up early. It was almost the end of the day, and I was about half hour earlier than usual. I was glad they called me. It's pretty awful the few times she's been constipated, and it's only preschool, so why make her have an awful day because of it. |
| OP, of course the school needs to call you in the case of fever. But for constipation, I would expect to be told at the end of the day, perhaps. Chronic constipation is definitely an issue, but the parents would already be aware of that. Not going poop while at preschool is not the end of the world. |
I hope you don't work in daycare and that you have NOT procreated. IF you have please place your child up for adoption to loving parents. You are a really horrible person. |
It's not about not pooping, it's about being uncomfortable and crying. |
