WISC 149 apealing what are the chances.

I'm the OP who compiled the list of WISC scores earlier in this thread. Some posters have asked why I'm doing this (suggesting to get a life!!!). When this type of list was created last year, it was updated with the eligibility decisions later on, and it helped other parents to see where the WISC eligibility cut offs were. With everything different this year (with new FxAT) and who knows what the high ceiling for WISC is, I thought this compiled list is going to help if we come back and update it!

Here is the updated list so far:

Why do you want to know the VCI and PRI score?

Because the committee puts more weight on those two. I think your chances are pretty good, but that's just my opinion. Who really knows what will happen...

Anybody will use the W-J score in the appealing?
The doctor said "who should be considered for placement", is this tentative or strong?

Maybe we all have the same doc. Similar language in ours as well. Using our WJ scores and hope that is ok, we already sent in our packet.

Kind of off topic, but is anyone familiar with the appeals process? Who and how are they judging, and how is the determining process like?

Similar question here... does the local committee or the school has any roles in the appeals? Our local AART is not very supportive.
