I don’t know what this specific man’s claim of asylum was, but I do want to just say that there is a genocide going on in Sudan right now.

Really, really awful things are happening there that are very legit reasons for Sudanese to seek asylum.

Also want to point out that the UAE is funding the RSF who are committing the worst atrocities in Sudan. And the west, especially the US, turn a blind eye to the UAEs funding of these terrorists.

Obviously the injury is horrific, but there’s also every reason to believe that the perpetrator is a profoundly traumatized person. I just think there’s more to this story than is being said.

The comparison to Floyd is appropriate as the right said they could not take the protest messaging seriously due to property damage and setting fire to things. However in this instance, they want to take the protest messaging seriously when there is property damage and setting fire to things. Fox News is covering this all sympathetic to the Irish protestors.

"They're just frustrated and angry!" But in this case, the left is calling out these mass protests (to include riots and violence), totally dismissing the frustration and anger of the protesters.
