I believe STAB can win. They lost by one goal the first time they played SSSAS, and if they can find the game they brought against Good Counsel, they could certainly beat them. Talented, well-coached team. SSSAS playing very well lately. And senior class will be motivated to go out on top. SSSAS -1 |
It’s a semifinal. |
That does not change the fact that SJC and Visitation are huge favorites. But, yes, anything can happen. |
Respectfully, NCS won their quarterfinal by 15 goals. Visi and SJC had byes until the semifinals. It's not that amazing to make the semifinal. I think the PP's point was that the DCSAA tourney isn't usually close until the final, and was asking if you were expecting an upset for some reason. |
Some advice for Both Saints Teams, especially the Alexandria group: Champions act like champions before and after the game. Act like you have been there before even if it has been while. |
Someone just asked for the scores. Not your snide comments. |
We will get this thread locked too if you keep up the rude snarky comments about players & teams! |
First post in DCUM history that starts with the word "Respectfully", and some thin-skin still calls it "snide". You must be new here. |
| Are there 5 Freshman starting at NCS? Sounds like the Stone Ridge of ISL A. |
Their 5 are better than SRs |
NCS 29's and 30's are significantly better than SR's 29's and 30's. SR only has the advantage with the 27 class. 28's are a tie. |
|
That is a bold claim. Especially with the amplifier "significantly". As a neutral observer, this assertion does not appear to have been supported by game results this year or last...but okay.
Luckily we get to see this claim tested through an ISL AA Schedule starting in about 10 months. |
+1 |
Funny someone on previous post (26 thread locked down) said the 29's at NCS were better then the 28's, yet not one 29' was named All ICA and 3 28's were. |
The only part of this that's true is the NCS 30's are better than SR's. |
