“A player was wearing a hair tie on her wrist which is against the rules and caused a turnover “ is all that was necessary.
High schoolers being teenagers and sore losers. Can we move on….

Anyone know?

Yes, people on the 2028 forum would know. You should ask them there.

"Quite low"... Compared to what? The 2025 team? Unless you run Hero's Green or M&D, or your DD plays for them, it's the best team in driving distance and will compete in top flight brackets all summer. I wonder what elevated lax position you occupy to make nice little backhands like "quite low".

Since somebody else wanted to know, there is only 1 Cap Blue 2028 (and 2 (apparently now) Cap Orange) at SSSAS.

2028 forum was nuked because some idiot wanted to talk gender politics. And don't ask for specifics or this forum will be gone too.

Nice job Saints! 6th in the country not too shabby! This region should be proud to have a local teams making the ranks among those powerhouses! It is good for the whole region the more teams recognized in these rankings! https://www.insidelacrosse.com/article/q-collar-girls-high-school-national-top-25-upstate-intrigue/826ca6e2-339b-47fe-9cca-f21d72ebff9b

You be proud of your $50K school, that's fine. No one else cares, as you didn't last year when your team lost the ISL and VISAA. Telling others we should be proud of your kid is obnoxious.

Go ISL teams!!! As long as ISL teams are doing well and ranked it is good for our this area- keep us on the radar and shows how competitive the league can be. I would be proud of any Virginia/DC school getting ranked on Inside Lacrosse no matter how much tuition cost or if was public or private! You do realize this is a ISL/WCAC post so all our schools have tuition cost.

If the SSSAS team this year was so good, why is their laxnumber rating so low for a team with one loss? The SR team from 2024 was almost 24% better than this year's Saints squad. And that team had freshmen that not only played but started.

As others have pointed out, their strength of schedule was lower. Lax number is the only ranking to take SOS into account and so the only one that makes any actual sense

Not an SSSAS backer but laxnumbers is probably the worst ranking because it’s all algorithms and SOS is based off of the other teams terrible rankings.
