They will give you one thing for pain from an injury, another for arthritic pain, yet another to stimulate appetite, another for relaxation. They will also talk with you about how much/little when you're first starting out.

The people who work there are very knowledgeable- go up to someone older rather than a guy in their early 20's.

And what medical training do they have for all this?
None. It's like asking the clerk at the liquor store what you should use to get your drunk on.

Such an ignorant comment. I'm not taking a gummy to get high. I take it to sleep. It's no different than taking any other OTC or RX drug to achieve the same.

Most important thing to realize that it takes hours to ramp up and down, much slower than inhaling.

So try it on a day/evening when you aren't going anywhere, and if you take it at night, don't plan to go out early in the morning after.

There are even gummies with just 1mg. I get one that has 1mg THC, CBD, and melatonin. I usually take 2 but no more. Usually helps a bit with sleep but nothing miraculous.

Lots of people truly do not understand that you can take a 5mg gummy and actually CUT IT INTO SMALLER DOSE PIECES with a knife or even a credit card. It's a gummy. No one is making you take the whole thing at once.

You can do that.

I'm a dummy when it comes to anything related to this. I have never tried anything like this, ever.

If you're in VA, get a medical marijuana license. I got one so that I could get gummies to assist with sleep (which they do!).

The dreams on gummy marijuana are fantastic

I don't take one every night because tolerance does build, but when it's right ... you will spend a fun night.

All I have to do is watch a movie or a miniseries that day and somehow that actor I was subconsciously attracted to pops up in my dreams. Also sometimes old college classmates I missed out on dating. They look the same in my dreams.

It's fun

Seriously, best comment here.

Cool to know you have a lifestyle where you have "naps" for all your stress

Well, sometimes people can't sleep.

Also gummies aren't for "naps" ... they are for night sleep

You just make yourself sound ignorant on the topic
