My dot turns yellow after about five minutes, so I can be deeply focused in writing a report but the Teams dot makes it look like I’m not around. This is super frustrating.

PP has volunteered their entire life to the employer. An employer that would not bat an eye to fire them tomorrow after 7 years of loyalty. All in the name of re orgs, which are 99% BS used to do mass firings with the idea that there will be less blow back.
