I actually was once staying at a dude ranch over the holidays and saw a woman that looked just like her. I was in line behind tje woman’s friend for something and said — you know, your friend looks just like…. She said it wasn’t her and feigned surprise but I always wondered if it was in fact her!

As suspected, she had cancer—rectal cancer—and a blood clot/pulmonary embolism is what ultimately killed her.

My mom became sedentary when she had cancer and also suffered from blood clots. Very common.
