They didn't originally report that. They report that now, 2 years later, after the original complaint failed. Only one of the two even describe it as sexual contact. I do think there are some reasons to reserve judgment on this complaint until we know more. To be clear, I don't think the kids are intentionally lying at all, but I think there very much is a risk of coaching here given the circumstances.
