Yes I am free to make my own judgment and that’s exactly what this thread is for. It is not a court of law. You sound loony expecting anonymous posters on a board discussing the case to not have any opinions one way or the other and to, “wait for court.” You don’t get to control what anyone thinks either. No one has to agree to wait and see what comes out in court. And oh no, I’m scared, you wouldn’t want me on your jury. lol.

You do understand that guilty people get off all the time right? Like OJ?

Far more people are never caught and/or charged than there are actually guilty people acquitted, actually. Our system is designed to be a fairly easy layup for prosecutors, especially with most jurors generally favorable to the state’s version of events.
