It was Feb 4. Haven’t heard what happened. Anyone know?

+1 LOL

LOL, the subject of predatory sexual assault of minors is SO funny! /s

What exactly is wrong with you that thinking you’ve been proven right for bypassing due process relegates the actual subject matter itself to fodder for your chuckles? Weird.

Take it up with his talent agency…who recently dropped him.

Still waiting to hear. Didn’t someone say the DA was bad and that this case would be “DOA” if she remained on? Wondering if that’s happened yet.

So I guess it’s not DOA?

I mean obviously misandry rides again and why are you asking this instead of doing your research into stage parents and drafting charges against the ones here even if you’re not a prosecutor, not a lawyer, hmmmm??

I feel like I know you at this point. You’re just really sad. You literally wrote screeds about all of this. You’re kind of a Dershowitz only not at all famous.

Nope. Enough evidence to move to trial.

Whose idea was it for him to make that video before he turned himself in?

Well, guys, apparently an indictment came down. Devastating news, of course, since indictments are notoriously difficult to secure.

He’s toast. Not the tangy, chewy, bubbly sourdough kind, either. Probably melba or rye. Enjoy hell, Busfield.

I’m sure Melissa, his wife, I mean enabler, was crying.

I have no dog in this fight but the bold is not true at all. Ever heard the phrase “a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich?”

Evidence presented is one sided (prosecution only) and the bar to proceed is low - “probable cause” vs “beyond a reasonable doubt” like an actual criminal trial.
