I'm not a Mamdani hater. Admittedly I am not artistic, but I have a couple artist friends. Idk, I still don't love her style. It works for her, it's just so meh to me.

It's that and something is off about the layers, IMO. They're either too layered or not layered enough, I can't tell lol.

That being said I saw an artsy Indian girl in her 20s get this tiktok on a fashion instagram account so I acknowledge even though I hate the haircut it's clearly got its supporters.

This. This board is so square and unimaginative sometimes. Here is an *actually* stylish woman who has found a look that works for her in a specific way, and people here are like "hmm get rid of the bangs, grow the hair out, highlights, wear jewel tones." So freaking boring.
