My package was stolen. What responsibility does the sender have?

I think the difference is that Frye is a small retailer, not a behemoth. And Amazon has a significant partnership with Kohl's. They can afford to replace for good will, customer service reasons. With as much porch pirating as there is now, a small retailer couldn't afford to replace.

Totally makes sense. Hold the company that had nothing to do with the package being stolen accountable. That will solve the theft issues in the neighborhood.

Why? The company shipped and delivered the product to your house. You refused to check the camera. Your entitlement is ridiculous.


I’m not OP but theft is built into the price for everyone. Just like “free shipping” is built into the price. It’s just the cost of doing business. See above.
