Yeah, we know everyone who voted for the felonious child rapist hate America and everything it stands for. The word “unbelievable” in this context is more an expression of exasperation than disbelief. I realize all of MAGA are stupid but surely you grasp that?

I'm being totally serious.

You need to get professional help.

I’m good. You’re the one supporting a child molestor and convicted felon and cheering fascism.

You're not "good." You are angry, bitter and completely consumed by an issue that you don't understand. That is not "good" for anyone.

Yes, I am angry. I am allowed to be. And I understand the issue perfectly well.

I also know you are vile person for cheering these actions, a degenerate for supporting a felonious child molester, and will burn in Hell for all eternity for these sins.

Because he's targeting only the blue cities with majority black and/or Hispanic people. Not the Republican run cities with even worse crime rates. That's pretty bad even by Trump standards.

How many people complaining about this live in the city but east of the park?

Many of us have had it with the homeless and teens in hoodies and masks when it’s 100 degrees.

I’m hoping the National Guard will move all the homeless to Ward 3 and the suburbs.

Frumin and Bowser are already doing a great job with that.

Part of me would like to see a more proactive police force, but Trump's plan is a temporary bandaid at best. For 30 days the kids will stay away from the tourist areas (and these agents will have nothing to do patrolling there). Meanwhile the turnstile jumping, vandalism, car racing, shoplifting in high crime areas where these kids live will continue full force (I see it every day on Minnesota Ave).

Better would be using the FBI to help DC SOLVE crimes, like my neighbor who was shot dead while riding his bike home from work at 11:30 PM for no discernable reason and police have no suspect. FBI patrolling the streets is a waste of their time and our money.

Oh no! Won’t someone think of the luxury watches???

I think this is great.

I frequently go to DC in the evenings, and I am thrilled about this. Lots of areas have felt unsafe, and many friends have been ruffed up near the Stadiums.

Liar.

Is he gonna send the arrested thugs to CECOT to chill for a few years?

He wants to control protesters and rallies in DC. He knows that the people will rise up soon.

Right? What exactly are people expecting them to do, parade around and look mean? Harass some joggers and mom's walking their babies in strollers?

You might want to consider why it is the blue cities with all the crime...

Could the White House press have been any less interested in this story? What, like two questions about DC. It’s almost like, they support this…

It's not?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_cities_by_crime_rate

Mobile Alabama has the highest crime rate.

You sure about that? The list in your link is ALPHABETICAL by state, not in order of highest crime rate. Alabama is the first state alphabetically. There are other cities on that list with a higher rate, they’re just later in the alphabet.

Why do you put bad people with guns — THUGS — back out on the streets to do more crime?

The federal prosecutors do that-- you understand this right? The feds - aka Trump's people - are in charge of who gets let go in DC. Take up your complaint with him because he's the one doing it.

It's not. That's what you are missing.

I consider him to be the destroyer of our hegemony. I despise him. But if you don’t think there is a problem, you haven’t been spending anytime down town. The city has become terrifying.

It is!! I’ve lived downtown for 30 years and we lost all enforcement and reporting after defund the police and all the buildings in the area have had to self police. Not admitting the problem is how we ended up with this tyrant.
