Do the 25 minute segments apply to MLS next 2/MLS next Academy/whatever they are calling it? This is for U13. Can players be subbed in and out or once off can’t go back on? For U13z
Our Club is keeping info a little close to the vest and I would really like to know.

We really need a sub thread for MLSNext 2 so we don’t have to endure this all year long.

If U13 is playing on a smaller field, how would the setup work? No fields are properly lined with those dimensions and you can’t exactly make a goalie box with cones.

Our club just shortened the field with cones. I think used flat cones for the 18, it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Did you ever show up to a rec soccer game for U-littles and no one had lined the field?

You just use cones to make a field and let the kids play.

It kind of looks like that.

Not every field have moveable goals. What is the goal size for MLS next? Youth or adult?

I think it’s a reasonable request. Assume roster sizes are the maximum permitted by MLSNext, so about 25. The demand is high.

Probably none. I'm assuming PP meant that game day roster size is 18, which is applicable to all the MLSNext age groups.

For what it's worth, this is consistent with ECNL which also has a game day roster size of 18 but are also allowed to have up to 30 players on their overall team roster.
