Unless they think that it will be a never-ending barrage of nusiance cases from the Trump administration, and eventually Trump will get lucky with a judge who ignores a law (or a SCOTUS who does so).

I'm not understanding why Harvard is feeling so pressured to settle when they're going to win in court. Unless they think that it will be a never-ending barrage of nusiance cases from the Trump administration, and eventually Trump will get lucky with a judge who ignores a law (or a SCOTUS who does so).
