The coveted plates indicate he went there with intent to commit criminal act, so not just a dispute that got out of hand or a mentally ill homeless person. So that leaves targeted murder (maybe for hire), drug cartel, or serial killer type. Drug cartel seems less likely because I would assume they do regular checks on the grow site and taped plates would seem to drawn more attention that is desirable. Better to just steal plates or manufacture fakes which won’t get you immediately pulled over for a search of vehicle and probably arrest.

Were the plates altered prior to entering the park.

That info was left out in articles, as they only mentioned about surveillance noticing the vehicle leaving the park. Sometimes some info is withheld by police though, not released to the public for various reasons.

As much as magas don't want to hear it, there are many POC who are maga - black yellow and brown people - who want to see some of the things magas want except that they are people who have slightly darker skin pigment or darker hair. sad isn't it for America and even for magas who don't even know their own kind.
