It's good to hear the girls have strong family support in place.

His behavior may not have met the legal standard for "inappropriate behavior," but there's evidence that his behavior as a teacher was very odd...staring at kids, tickling girls, not very communicative, not smiling much, and often giving one word responses. He was about to begin his fourth year of teaching in a 4th school. He's a strange bird.

I agree he is very strange. In addition to the statements about him being odd, not communicative, the kids also said he was their favorite teacher but also sometimes found him strange. I am not sure what to make of that. In any case, the strangeness in itself is not something that would immediately make you think killer. Lots of socially awkward people in this world who are not psychos.

Socially awkward is one thing; this guy was described as strange by more than a few parents and kids, plus he was placed on administrative leave before he resigned from one of the three schools where he taught in a three year period. I think we will hear of a mental illness diagnosis by the time he goes to trial.

+1 There's an additional Texas school where he was asked to resign after just a few days. (Plsno ISD)

And yet not reported. Republicans love child sex offenders

Not a chance. He's locked up for life in Arkansas.

Incorrect. They were not liberals. They were MAGA supporters. There’s a pic of them on Facebook from 2020 wearing MAGA hats and shirts. If there is a political angle here, it’s more likely that the killer has TDS and perhaps is part of Antifa.

The victims were from Montana and South Dakota - very good chance they were MAGA, or libertarian, or even wackadoodle sovereign citizens.

The odds are high that victims and offender were all right leaning so I don’t know that politics will come into the motivation for the random slaughter this guy engaged in.

I will point out that he’s been described by parents of former students as having strange affect, he was released from at least one position for difficulty with classroom management and for judgment issues, and he is the prime age for manifesting full blown serious mental illness like schizophrenia or bipolar, either of which could manifest into florid psychosis.

Why would you think that? Homicide is rare among those diagnosed with schizophrenia.

If they're experiencing active psychosis...

+1 More than a few of the violent incidents in NYC have involved unhoused individuals with schizophrenia who weren't taking their prescribed medications, according to their family members. .

It's been studied. Homicide is rare among individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, and even then the crime is usually associated with illicit drug use. Statistics for homicide exist. On the other hand, TBI appears to have a far more common link to violent crime-- studies suggest up to 40% of incarcerated men have prior evidence of TBI.

Authorities saying no reason to believe the targeted the girls. If that's the case, my theory is wrong.

Not necessarily. Your theory doesn't involve "targeting" them. But he may have talked to them or something and the Dad got scared/mad and went off on him.

You know TDS is not a real thing and completely made up by Trump, right?

Hasn't it been added to the DSM as a legitimate psychological problem?

It's not just TrumpDS, but a syndrome that just happens to have Trump's name to it, like many other illnesses and maladies were named after someone for some reason.
