The cartels are active in marijuana growing in CA. But they don't prefer public recreation areas that are patrolled by employees that may be law enforcement or at the very least can quickly get law enforcement.

I have never heard of them being active in AR. If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong.

Seems pretty obvious this was a murder by WN’s/magas because they were an interracial couple. He was white, she was Brown. That’s enough to get you killed n most of these red states.

You are. And that area is border to some remote-ish forests. Not like strolling in a Maryland park or tiny wooded area.

Cartels have grow spots right in the middle of cities, in the creeks and river basins.

Sov cit do not cover their state-issued license plates with tape. They make their own plates, which they are very proud of.
