And the MAGA trolls here amplify it with "grand jury wouldn't INDICT an innocent person"?

These people hate the rule of law.
They don't care about evidence or proof.
They hate the USA and all it stands for.
They are autocrats and they are traitors.

Hold up. There are people declaring this case “bullshit” as if the grand jurors are in some sort of anti Garcia conspiracy. If you are going to claim something like that, provide evidence, don’t just slander the grand jury!

Nobody is slandering the grand jury. don't be ridiculous. we are slandering the Trump administration. The grand jury are victims of the lies just like the rest of us.

Yup.

Trump lied. Kristi Noem lied. Marco lied.

It turns out it was very easy to get him back.

A bunch of cynical liars.

The president of El Salvador had to agree to release him, and the DOJ acknowledged this in the filing. There was indeed no way to get him back without that approval. Not sure what you think you are proving here?

we are proving that it was nonsense that Trump couldn't bring him back. Period. You all said it was impossible. We knew it wasn't.

We didn’t say he couldn’t bring him back. We said the president of El Salvador had custody of him, which is a fact. That president chose to release Garcia back for charges. Get it now?

Again. You are labeling the grand jury victims. Please explain why you think the grand jury isn’t smart enough to decide for themselves whether to indict based on the evidence.

You’re joking, right?
Remember this was Biden’s DOJ. They looked the other way in a ton of issues. The traffic stop was just one of the times he trafficked humans.

Good job Democrats. Because you made such a ruckus about his deportation it caused our DOJ to look at him more closely. This is not a decent man. He trafficked women and children. And has been implicated in other crimes.

A Grand Jury brought the indictments.

Glad he will be tried, found guilty no doubt, incarcerated and then deported.

You are so full of $hit. Biden's DOJ didn't look at him ever because there was no reason to. PP meant "your" DOJ which came up with these nonsense charges.

Have you seen the video. Do you know the story? He was driving the car of a known human trafficker.

It astounds me that democrats are so willing to come to the aide of criminal illegal aliens.

Yes, I know the story. And I know that the Tennessee police neither brought charges nor did anything because they determined it was NOTHING. Taking people to a job is not human trafficking. Stop lying.

But there was traffic on the highway!

Carpooling is a scourge. One man, one car, is the American way.

If they do, a lot of us will contribute.

You all said this was about due process for a man sent to a country the judge had told him he couldn’t be sent to.

Now he is back so why would you continue to support a wife beating illegal? You should declare this case closed.

how is the case closed if my government is inventing bunk charges to punish him for the many wrongs they have committed?!

also, DUE PROCESS for the Venezuelans in CECOT and for the Venezuelans currently locked up in Bluebonnet Detention in Texas (many of whom are BEGGING TO BE DEPORTED rather than stay in this hellhole), who would have been sent to El Salvador for doing nothing at all if the Supreme Court had not intervened.

Yes, it is about Due Process. This administration is making a mockery of the justice department.

The grand jury has spoken. You have zero reason to believe the charges are bunk except for your desire to bash Trump. Why are you suggesting all those juror members would willingly indict an innocent person? It’s on you to explain why they would do so.

It is very easy to get an indictment. The level of evidence needed is very low and there is no defense. Now the DOJ will have to prove their allegations in an actual court with a jury. And Kilmar will have a top notch defense.

Well, it’s nice that our president finally got permission from his boss in El Salvador to have him returned. What an alpha!

I mean, sure, we all agree that this will have to be proven in court. Either way, Garcia is gone. A conviction isn’t required to keep him here.

That still doesn’t explain the allegation that the grand jury indicted on “bullshit” or are victims.

Not his boss. But yes El Salvador is its own country. You do know the US isn’t in charge of the world, right?

We already know he transported workers between work sites. His wife freely admitted it. This is not human trafficking.

Government says thirty percent of the people he transported were themselves MS 13 and his own MS 13 status played a role in his actions.

except there is no proof that he is MS-13 except in Donald's warped brain.

Several judges looking at the evidence have disagreed with you, on record.

Asked and answered. Like a million times in previous threads. Moving on.

Suggesting that there is no proof he was in MS-13 when judges are on the record about this very fact is absurd. There’s no “asked and answered” to your blatant falsehood.

it's been discussed at nauseum what the different judges in the case were evaluating, what the burden of proof was in each situation, and so on. The judge that matters , the one who looked the closest at the evidence and the only one who required actual proof (ie, more than a "Chicago Bulls hoodie") said that the evidence was extremely flimsy.

The Maryland Man's life just got worse thanks to the left. Shame on Van Hollen and Ivy.

And the government will have a series of pretend lawyers that colored their way through some online law school.

Read those court reports again. She never used the hoodie in her findings which you would know if you had read what she wrote.

I’m sure you denigrated the DOJ lawyers back when Biden was president the same way you are now.

Why are you so intent on supporting a wife beater over government workers doing their job?

TN State Police called feds. They weren't interested.
