That's part of the plan. To ruin the economy. |
Quelle horreur! |
Definite new money striver vibes |
I don't think. Maybe they did for law enforcement but not all the other people who keep the park clean and help things run well. |
Tell me you know nothing about median family income…. |
That would make sense. Money, money, money is all he cares about. |
Wow! Our national parks are the most beautiful in the world |
I did not hear this. I know nps seasonal law enforcing workers who were told no job is waiting this summer. They were rescinded. Most of these jobs are insanely low wages too. Like GS 3/gs5. I didn’t even know it went that low in fact. And many are part time. |
Um, if the contracts still exist. Just because the feds outsourced it as forced by the GOP doesn’t mean it is still operable under this regime. |
Sounds about right. |
I don't believe it. |
It only exempted park law enforcement officers. |
Yes, very stupid. And when Dumpty policies bring back Covid and sidekick RFK Jr. brings on bird flu...and God knows what else..borders will close again ... and Ms. Poor Mocker here will wish she could go to such a park. |
I had that vaca...in another country's national parks, for 8 people, with private cars and English speaking guides. And I don't even think it was 30K, I think it was 24K (before flights so about 30K total). |
We were considering Zion for a few days at Spring Break. I haven't ruled it out, would it be a bad idea? |
