I work with many gay men and they have a weird relationship with certain women where they seem to enjoy their company, seek them out for lunch breaks, but also seem to dislike them deep down and would never ever do them any kind of favor. One told me that he felt he could make my husband happier in bed than I could. What a normal thing to say to a coworker.

When you have DEI policies designed to hold white men back and push others in front of them you can’t exactly be shocked at the results, that they are being surpassed. That’s what was supposed to happen with the hamstringing.

Or maybe they aren’t better than everyone else just because they are white males. Privilege breeds complacency. Complacency breeds laziness. Women and POC still need to work twice as hard as white men and be twice as good to get ahead. Even then some lazy white guy is telling himself he should have won.

Clearly you haven’t entered a corporate HR setting or higher education in the last 2 decades. White men are actively and openly discriminated against.
