Why do gay men excel while straight men flounder?

This! Gay men try harder and put more effort into their lives.

I believe women do the same as well. They gave microloans to women in Africa and they had a higher rate of success. The women used the money to better their families, whereas when they gave it to men it didn't raise their families up. Women still make less money than men though because we lean out more when we have kids.

I wrote the post about hedonism but there is also this and I think it’s huge, people that have gone through the wringer and come out the other side have grit and that grit will make you successful no matter what it is you do.

When you have DEI policies designed to hold white men back and push others in front of them you can’t exactly be shocked at the results, that they are being surpassed. That’s what was supposed to happen with the hamstringing.

Or maybe they aren’t better than everyone else just because they are white males. Privilege breeds complacency. Complacency breeds laziness. Women and POC still need to work twice as hard as white men and be twice as good to get ahead. Even then some lazy white guy is telling himself he should have won.

Clearly you haven’t entered a corporate HR setting or higher education in the last 2 decades. White men are actively and openly discriminated against.

If white men were being openly discriminated against in HR settings for 20 years, wouldn't we be seeing more women and BIPOC C-suite types by now? We aren't, though, as evidenced by the graphic above.

White men claim they are being discriminated against, but it's all vibes. On the metrics, they continue to rise faster and higher than any other group.
