co-ed locker room for adult hockey

Anonymous
The hockey changing rooms aren’t men’s or women’s room. They are assigned to both genders all day long. My daughter played in college and plays in a coed league now. She would love to have a locker room assigned to the women but that isn’t usually how it works. They just give the team a room (it’s not a men’s or women’s room with the other gender invading it). The other option is to disrobe and change outside the room in full public view which is ridiculous and she has been forced to do before. But all these people saying women are invading the men’s space is absurd. We are talking about a coed league, not men’s, those also exist.

Yes, most do that, but there are ladies I heard they give zero Fs and get totally nude to go shower in the same showers as the guys. There are no doors or anything in the showers. The shower is also probably the funniest part of adult hockey. I personally haven't seen a woman go into the shower yet, but multiple guys have played in leagues where they said it happens.

Do these people not have showers at home where they live?

Some people prefer to shower at the rink, for any number of reasons (don't want to wake people up at home (it can be as late as 1 am or later), really don't want to get dressed after the game without showering, etc.)
