It's been rumored that all three Loudoun-based clubs (TSJ, NVA, and Revolution) have applied for MLS Next. However, MLS Next will only grant a license to one club in the area. |
I put my bet on Revolution! |
NVA will get it |
It will be a club with their girls already in GA |
But if it's for this new tier 2 nonsense, you would need more than one in our I would think. The announcement said something about tier 2 being broken up into 8 regions across the country, which would only seem to work if there are more than one in our area. I can't see any of those getting accepted into tier 1 on boys side. |
NVA possesses a strong a proven track record of success. Their entry into MLS Next, potentially including their highly regarded Girls program in the GA platform, would be a logical and impactful choice for the league. |

Haha so true. |
Goodness I hope not. The parents are the biggest crybabies in the whole DMV. Their helicopter parents flip out when their beloved children get spanked on the pitch or in futsal. |
But they got a bar tho, so silence poor peasant! |
I think with today's announcement for MLSN Tier 2 or whatever they call it, NVA is best positioned over the Loudoun clubs. They have the ability to put a team in MLSN and MLSN2 and girls would go to GA. |
Dude with a camera name is big mad with this |
they will get it because of footprint. Only issue is boys side is a mess. Only really 1 group is elite. |
NVA will not leave ECNL. |
Yeah no way NVA leaves ECNL. |
