You think Arizona will go red, considering there is an abortion referendum on the ballot, and Kari Lake is running for senate?

Yes, a lot of folks in AZ care about the border and illegal immigration. It's more important than abortion for them. They are surrounded by blue states that allow abortion. If they need it, they'll go to those blue states.

I'll say it again.. Biden really F*up the border issue from day 1. If he had addressed it earlier on, there would be no question as to who wins 2024.

- signed a Trump hater.

So what do you say to the GOP who voted down the border policy?

Well, clearly the GOP politicians are kowtowing to Trump, but the voters in AZ care about the border, and they know that Trump is a lot more aggressive with border control than Harris will be.

But, I hope Harris and the rest of the D leadership take note: the border issue is a top 5 issue. Pay attention to it sooner rather than later.

And yet, many Arizona Republicans are rejecting Trump. Including the Republican mayors of border towns in Arizona. Many Arizonians do not like what Trump has done to their state, including rejecting the recent recent border bill.

So, despite what you say about the border issue, there are many Arizona Republicans who are denouncing Trump and siding with Harris.

There are *many*, but probably not enough.

And don't forget, that Rs are playing dirty to block votes. They will do whatever they can, including not certifying the votes to make sure Trump wins.

In a state that is likely going to be decided by a 1% margin, "many" is probably going to be enough.

And the GOP voted against a bill that would have addressed almost all of the issues associated with the border. Again.

Yes, they did, because they want Trump's name on a strong border bill, not Dems. Regardless, most people, and pretty much all Rs, see Trump being more aggressive regarding border control.

Between Kelly/Giffords campaigning for Harris in Arizona and the Republicans switching, it will be enough. Post-McCain, there are very few people that are as popular as Mark Kelly in Arizona.

Right now, it looks like Arizona is leaning D, but a lot can still change. Harris does have the momentum in Arizona, like she has nation-wide. Can she keep it and the narrow lead in Arizona? 77 days and counting.

Where's Florida? With all the retirees there and 2025 advocating getting rid of SS and Medicare. FL goes Blue.

Those old people know they would grandfathered if there are changes to SS, so they don't care

Another MAGA Deplorable who thinks, like Trump, the elderly have no capacity for meaningful thought and action.

If the border was such an emergency and disaster, the GOP would have ignored Trump to reign in the situation. I am not convinced, given the GOP actions, that there are "millions of illegals" roaming the country.

The GOP doesn't actually care about the millions of illegals roaming the country. They care about winning elections, and the border issue is great for them.

The bipartisan bill put forward was "too little too late" in the eyes of the staunch "build the wall" contingent. They don't trust Harris to deal with the border issue.

So, I say again, Dems better deal with the border issue if they take the WH asap, not 3.5 years from now.

The border looks very much in control. I remember under Trump there were caravans of criminals and the national guard was deployed but could not stop it. Maybe all the criminals saw Trump as the head boss man?

Best thing the founders did, true democracy means the inmates run the asylum. Constitutional republic allows the adults to occasionally run the show.

“Adults”

That is NOT a word I would ever use to describe TFG. Ever

It wasn't stolen before. Fox News called it first. I knew their election statistician, the very best in the business.

That is why we need to mobilize and win by an indisputable margin. Key takeaway of the convention: go do something! Register voters, write postcards, knock on doors!
