The course through the forest with different themed jumps was spectacular.

I'd never seen that event before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was both stunning and frightening to look at, with the long obstacles, water parts, the gorgeous scenery...My favorite obstacle was the giant deer head.

This is the sport that Princess Anne and her daughter Zara did.

I didn't like the camera angles in archery. They are aimed at you!

I noticed the shift from years past "human interest story" obsession to more of a focus on highlighting the athletes' ripped and nearly naked bodies.

There was one segment that showed some video about something but the whole time it was blocked by a sultry silhouette of gymnast posing.

1) They don’t.
2) This is the United States of America. So, duh. No one gives a shit about Cow Ching Mein or whatever winning at <checks notes > … ping pong

It must be so sad to be trapped your whole life with your inferiority complex.

Thank you.
I can't stand that Twitter-in-25-parts storytelling.

You're a victim of fake news.

I miss artistry, too, in both gymnastics and figure skating. That said, simone can do things that the human body shouldn't be able to. And Rebeca Andrade is planning to do a vault that could get named after her later this week. Exciting stuff

France and Russia were responsible for the mess in figure skating. Does no one remember 2002?

This year I haven’t watched any of the NBC packaged prime time shows, I watch the live feed (or on demand) for the individual events. Peacock is doing a great job making the events I want to see available.

I was watching the men’s gymnastics finale “live” on peacock when it stopped and now it’s gone . Does anybody know how long it’s taking peacock put the replays of the events?
