Tales of OLD

Women talk about using condoms a lot. However in my real word experience I have had many women just ready to hop on me without asking for condoms especially women in their 30s/40s.

The crazy thing is we never talked anything remotely sexual before and she didn't give that weird vibe at all. This was after my divorce I was 46 and she was 39.

She just sounds like a normal woman who didn't have sex for a while. I happened to sext one random guy when I was nearly a year into abstinence and couldn't date for family reasons. Ended up never meeting him in real life, was really ashamed of what I sexted.

I don't know whether true or not but apparently false negative for HPV is more common among men than among women

I am guy and I have never had an HPV test. Do you have to ask for the test separately?

Guy before him turned out to be married.

I think I am done.

Do people still show each other the STD exam results before sex?

Not usually but it is discussed. Doubt you showed paperwork in your 20s.

Guys can’t get an HPV test.

Men and HPV:

https://www.cdc.gov/sti/about/about-genital-hpv-infection.html#:~:text=HPV%20tests%20are%20not%20recommended,know%20they%20have%20the%20infection.

“HPV tests are not recommended to screen men, adolescents, or women under the age of 30 years.
Most people with HPV do not know they have the infection. They never develop symptoms or health problems from it. Some people find out they have HPV when they get genital warts. Women may find out they have HPV when they get an abnormal Pap test result (during cervical cancer screening). Others may only find out once they've developed more serious problems from HPV, such as cancers.”

“ There isn't an HPV test for people assigned male at birth (AMAB).”

DP absolutely yes to paperwork. My ex H and I both showed results before becoming exclusive.

"The idea of oral on some random 45 yo woman is kinda gross af, tbh."

How is the age of the woman relevant? You'd do that with a younger random woman?

Would you accept it from someone even if you wouldn't give it?

Wow thanks for sharing. Then that's very hard for women to avoid HPV.

Yup. So many women I’ve met in 30s & 40s are happy to let you go raw immediately. They do the minimal amount of vetting - “You don’t have any STDs, right?” - and then say they have an IUD or are on the pill, so “it’s ok to f#ck me without a condom.”

Very few actually ask to swap STI test results. Very few. Divorced women hate condoms.

Yeah, no. A woman in her thirties who doesn't use birth control? Are you talking about women who are on the pill, or are you suggesting they're willing to get pregnant with a stranger?

It's practically the norm for women to want to have sex with no condom. Very few, maybe 5% insisted on it and a few others were very glad to skip it when I told them I had a vasectomy. In my experience, women hate condoms just as much, or more than men. That really surprised me after my divorce 20 years ago. From all I've read, I thought for sure that practicing safe sex was the norm.

A woman here - reading above makes me even more concerned. I always insist on condoms in addition to STI test swap (to ensure they don’t have herpes). Now I won’t deviate from my standards no matter what
