I heard a light boom in CCDC and so did my dog. Because it’s _DC_ my first thought was that someone was on my porch (to steal something or break in. )

If they use propane for heating, standard size is 250-1500 gallons but those would be underground

Heard it in North Bethsda. Our Ring "neighbors" app got lots of "did you hear that?" posts at around that time too.
