Calista still looks soooo young

That is not a 60 year old neck. Have you been around 60 year olds who have not had work done? Yes, her skin has aged around her neck but it’s been lifted - otherwise she would have some sagging. Her jaw line is not at all soft.

Just to add - she looks great!! She’s big pulled to within an inch of her life. Her work is very tasteful. She did the facelift instead of Botox/fillers (the latter does not look as natural closer to 60).

+1 I am 61 and like the late Nora Ephron feel bad about my neck. She has most definitely had neck lift, face lift, bleph and fillers. She has had good results but she looks no younger, just better.

She still looks weird next to Grandpa Indiana Jones.

I think being married to 80+ Ford helps her look younger.

In general marrying older men almost always makes the woman look older! I know a handful of couples like this and something about being married to someone that much older always ages the women.

Are you referring to the top picture? Because the other two pictures are from when she was much younger. I still maintain she hasn't had any work done.

I think because she was so thin she had more lines and wrinkles and her hair always looked thin and sweaty. Her nose job and filled lips made her look older. So ironically, now I do think she looks young for her age- but none of it made her look young when she was young!

What nose job and filled lips? Here's a very early picture of her. She's always had the same nose and lips.

Literally everyone in Hollywood has had a nose job, so I don't think it's a big deal, but if you can't see the nose job here I don't know what to tell you.

Absolutely not. You cannot be serious. Those photos prove the PP point. The nose cartilage is now beat and the before photo shows a relaxed lip- that's as full as it's going to look- it was never full but has now been for years. It was particularly obvious with the facial tic pouting and sputtering she always did as Ally. Definitely more subtle than today's entroitus-like overdone facial lips though.

Agree that it's sexist that Harrison Ford looks like an ancient baseball mitt but is considered acceptably rugged- not so for women.

Yeah. The nose job in the first pic is alright. In the second pic, the Ally McBeal one, it’s dreadful. She’s had a lot more work since then. Her prerogative, but why pretend she’s got her original face?

She's a unique looking woman. In some of the photos posted in this thread, I think she looks really lovely and even pretty. In others, not at all.
It is kind of cool that she doesn't look like everyone else in Hollywood.

This woman hasn't had surgery - those of you claiming she had sound ridiculous. She has the same face she's always had, just aged a bit. In fact, her nose is the type that most actresses probably would have surgically altered, but she has not.

Agree. I love her different look.

Disagree. Her b/w photo shows nostrils more in line with her bridge. The photos in color all show a narrowing of the tip and her nostrils shaped differently, more flared out to the sides.

Because most women don't want to look "rugged."
