Calista still looks soooo young

Ok, I'm just a couple of years younger than her and I disagree that she's had any work done. She looks like many other women in their late-50s, albeit beautiful women. If she had had her eyes done or a facelift, it would be extremely obvious.

I think it's Botox and some fillers, but agree. Also if you watch the trailers from the new show she's in, I think she looks her age. She's likely freshly Noticed and her makeup artist did a great job with contouring her jaw line for these media events.

She definitely hasn't had her neck done.

Here's another picture of her. Same cheeks, lips, and eyes she's always had, plus a certain amount of wrinkling on her neck that is age-appropriate. She reminds me a lot of Audrey Hepburn at that age.

I'm not here to sing the praises of being overweight, but I don't think being *that* thin typically helps with looking young.

It does when it's natural and just how your body is built. People who have to work really, really hard to maintain a size 0 or 2 age faster because their body is literally not getting enough nutrients. Middle age weight gain also hits them differently. In that case it's probably better to accept being a size 6 or 8 and focus on stength training and other maintenance.

But Flockhart is a naturally thin person with delicate bone structure. Like Audrey Hepburn. Audrey also aged well despite doing none of the Botox, fillers, and other interventions we do now (and that Flockhart is definitely doing to keep her skin looking smooth and youthful). But Hepburn wasn't dieting to keep her figure. She was just built like that and it aged well because it's what her body looked like. Same thing here, with the added benefit of modern beauty interventions.

Oh, also women with extremely feminine features age better because as we age, decreased estrogen can make our features look less feminine. But if you start out with very delicate, fine features, this effect is less pronounced even if you don't do HRT.

I understand the comparison's to Audrey Hepburn, but Audrey Hepburn was severely malnourished for years during WWII and died at an age only a few years older than Calista is now. So, maybe not the best comparison.

DP and I don't think it's a bit much. It's laughable. She looks great, but she looks like she's well into her 50's. She has also had a good bit of work done. It's just not drastic and looks pretty good.

Agreed, especially not up close, but she looks great. She could easily pass for 52.

I don't know how old you are, but no. She looks like an attractive woman of almost 60 that has the resources to look great while aging. JLo is 54. Jennifer Aniston is 54. Naomi Watts is 55. She ain't looking closer to 50 than 60.

She looks lovely. She also absolutely looks 59 (which is perfectly fine!) and she's clearly had something injected in her cheeks.

Well said. Plenty of women are simply naturally thin and I think that's a concept which is hard for other women to accept.

Seriously look at the younger picture on page 3 and tell me where those crazy puffed up cheeks were then. I think she looks fine for her age, but no question she has had some work done. And honestly it's kind of a creepy Joker look, albeit with a few more lines on her face than much of her age cohort in Hollywood.
