What “rules” do you break?

And no, I don't also park in handicap, vet parking, or police only spaces.

If I forget to take my reusable back into the store and I use one of their bags, I never pay for it. I always hit 0 bags and move on with life.

I drive an SUV (gasoline powered) and I park the “green vehicle only”’space. To be fair though, my SUV is painted dark green.

I don't return phonecalls.

My friend's dad is an accident reconstructionist, an engineer. When it's not clear how a car accident happened or who is at fault, he goes and evaluates and literally goes to the accident site and figures it out, then testifies. I was chatting with him once at a party, and asked what he's learned as a driver from doing this for so many years. He said "speed limits are there for a reason. Five miles over won't kill you, but ten will." I've adhered to that ever since.

Speed limits are designed for the least capable vehicles and drivers on the road.

No, they are designed for people like you who overestimate their abilities.

They are also there to protect pedestrians. Just because you survive, doesn't mean the person you hit will.
I don’t believe in fast driving but pedestrians getting hit by a car can be avoided by pedestrians if they paid attention. The car doesn’t come out of nowhere. They need to not stare straight ahead just because they have a walk signal. Look towards the traffic because believe it or not, cars don’t come out of nowhere. Pay attention

I never recycle. The technology exists to sort recycling and trash but we’re too cheap to implement it. And most “recyclables” aren’t actually recycled in the US.

No, they were designed for average drivers at a time when cars were much less safe than they are today - no seatbelts, unibody construction, crumple zones, etc. Most (not all) speed limits are nonsensically low.

This is 100% true.

Speed limits, especially those on interstate highways, were set at the current speeds we have now 50 years years ago, when cars had drum brakes, leaf springs, bias ply tires and no power steering or power brakes.

A realistic speed limit for interstates now in modern vehicles would probably be about 100-110.

Are you so sure, for your particular area? I went to the Montgomery county recycling plant as a chaperone on a school field trip and watched them (manually! There are a bunch of ladies there actually doing it by hand!) sort items, then explain where they were all going to get processed. Fun fact we learned there: you don’t have to rinse food containers!

I haven’t had a pap smear in ages. The research backing up the need is very unconvincing.

Sorting recycling would be my dream job

I've never had one. I'm 48.

I break my spaghetti in half before putting it in the pot. I tried out putting it in "whole" a few times, and didn't like how long it was when I went to eat it.

I don't salt pasta water - I taste zero difference and feel no need for sodium in that case.

I’ve decided that I’m not getting another one, now that I’m past the age of caring about them holding my birth control hostage until I get the pap.

How is that possible? Do you have religious reasons or did/do you live where it's not common? Have you ever been harassed by a medical professional about it?
I am not judging, if anything I wish I could not have gone through that. I don't want the knowledge that some doctors really hurt me and say it's normal while some I cannot feel so I know the sadists are lying.

I could never walk out without paying for the bags I am supposed to buy if I take them.

I’m the PP and I’m curious too, because I had a bunch in my younger days. It was only in the past 5 or so years that I learned how overblown it is, and that paps probably wouldn’t even be done if it weren’t for the fact that insurance reimburses for the procedure. Obviously it would still be reasonable to get a pap if you were investigating a concern, though.
