How do you stop ActBlue from spamming your phone?

Send their shit to the dark web, have them hacked to death, transfer all their scum money somewhere else

In the future, use a spam email and spam phone number (my old number that isn't hasn't been reassigned). That's what I do. Only family, friends, and United Airlines has my real phone number.

Stop the whining. Learn how to unsubscribe and move on. Pitiful.

I used the unsubscribe button/form twice and still get harassed by ActBlue every damn day over text and email.

I think the only way to get them to gtfa is to die, but I’m not sure even that would work.

Please help, I’m receiving multiple texts a day from them and I respond “Stop” then they just message from a different number

Try this. Move on a read a different message what is of interest to you. This is what 99.99 percent of cell phone users do.

You change your number and never let them have the new one. That’s the only option.

And hope the prior owner of the new number didn’t give it to them.

Most are programmed that if you text back STOP, it unsubscribes you.

This. It means you don't know how to send a command to unsubscribe OP.

It doesn't work. And they text you from a different number in 5 minutes.

I gave twice in 2016, and now unsubscribe, junk, block or “stop” every text or email. I still get spam. I no longer make political donations of any kind.

I think the Spam messages are hilarious. They are trying to be cool and missing by a mile.

Tim Kaine's are the most pathetic.

I also don't opt in for texts or give them my mobile number.

It wasn't for me. If ActBlue continues to send text messages, is that harassment? Can they be criminally charged?

Ask a 12 year old to show you how to unsubscribe from unwanted texts. I have found it to be easy to stop fundraising emails and texts.

This is false. The unsubscribe doesn't work.

I've been collecting proof. I'm hoping that either the Republicans or Attorney General will see this as harassment and take action. If ActBlue is shut down, my guess is the spam will stop.

I agree with this. It’s non-stop texting and I’ve texted STOP at least a dozen times. It makes me not even want to vote.

I actually figures this out! Go into your ACt Blue profile and you can remove you phone & mobile number. I’m still getting a few texts —probably sold before I removed it. But only 1-2 this week. So, way slowing down.

Yeah, totally unlike those million MAGA emails and text threats my boomer parents get trying to extort donations out of them and get them to buy overpriced junk.
