NP here. She’s guaranteed to win PGC and probably Baltimore. She’s also the establishment pick if Raskin doesn’t run. She got all their big endorsements during the CE race back in 2018. The state Dems never liked Trone, and they really won’t like him now that he’s not spending his money to keep MD06 safe. Jawando is a nonstarter.

Things change if Raskin gets in the race, but I don’t see that happening. He’s got a plum spot where he is, and I’m sure he’s seen how Van Hollen vanished into irrelevance after moving to the Senate.
