Are Arabs white? |

Same reason we don’t have skyscrapers, there are legal height restrictions in place.
No one in DC can be taller than James Madison |
| I disagree with your post. I'm from NY and find people referring to me as "short" here where I was considered average in NY. 5"3.5' |
Read my post! I said the shorter people I have met are immigrants. |
+1 this is not true. Why do people always start responding to OPs like this as if what they say is true? |
I appreciate you. |
Here you go. We have family in the south and people there are much taller, including the women. The umc are all blonde, thin, and 5'9. https://www.al.com/news/2018/10/americas_tallest_men_live_in_a.html |

Settlement patterns are settlement patterns. You don't have to specify "of white people." I'm Latina and I'm super short. Yet I'm from a state where the primary settlement patterns are very tall people. Despite the presence of me and the five other latinos in my hometown, the settlement patterns are people with taller genes. |
| I find the obsession with height fascinating. Like why do we care soooooooo much about height when it is a trait no one has control over. Yet compare it to obesity where we are told we need to be accepting of different body types and to have body positivity. Why does the same message change when we talk about height though? At least you can control your weight, unlike height. |
Once women start putting "ISO short man" on their dating apps, it will cease to matter. Once short guys can pull the women like tall guys, the revolution will be complete. |

The men are shorter. I don’t think the women are shorter. In fact, I think the women may skew taller.
-5’8” single woman in DC who is ecstatic if her date is 5’9” or taller Five ten is tall in DC. The men are taller in Charlotte, Atlanta, Minneapolis etc. More WASPs and more German and Scandinavian stock. Also agree male nerds are often shorter and there are a lot of nerds in DC. |
| People in DC are ugly & impolite. They have poor social skills & think their appearance doesn’t matter. |
And the women here are Ellen-phants. |
