Why are white people shorter in dc compared to other cities?

I wouldn't say that they are "mean," but I do think the combination of very smart, unattractive facial features/body shape, non-athletic, and nerdy is extremely unappealing. In total, it often creates a personality that's overly defensive and critical of others.(Just sayin')

Will add that I think above is true for men and women.

I'd disagree about people being shorter in DC versus other cities. If you have any actual data on it, that would be interesting. However, I'd say the observations of a few people, which is all we have here, are not reliable. Especially when OP observes not only shorter people but also claims to be able to racially categorize them with a glance too (which isn't all that straightforward).
