I have a better idea. The DOJ should investigate it and then take the same action they would for any other person. And Biden should not try to fire Garland, or the FBI director, or anyone else doing the investigation. And he shouldn't publicly complain about it. And he shouldn't order anyone to move documents or withhold them from the investigators. And he should comply with any subpoenas he receives. And he shouldn't file frivolous lawsuits intended to gum up the investigation. I'm very certain Biden will be able to do this, because he is a responsible grown-up.

I think the truth is that probably most presidents have documents. But Biden decided to make it a huge issue with trump and now that is backfiring in a spectacular fashion.

DP it is a fact. Just like DOJ has done nothing to go after the coup plotters. The special counsel is just starting to send subpoenas out for basic information. DOJ has done nothing in 2 years. Now Biden is stealing classified or is it top secret(?) documents. Bet DOJ goes full speed on this while killing anything on Jan 6th.
