| Heel Balm is the only thing that works. |
Twice a year or so. With really good maintenance with a foot file and urea cream you probably don’t ever need to do another, but I get lazy. I do it at the beginning of the summer and around now when my feet are beat up from sandals all summer. |
I’m the PP that tried two different brands of foot peels — only to find that neither one of them worked for me. Thank you PP - for recommending this brand! I tried it, following the suggestions that others have made, and it’s working! It’s been less than a week, so I still have some peeling and shedding to do. Eeeew / Yay |

These are amazing. I have had chronic cracked heels, painful and bleeding, but not any more. I wear them a few times a week, not every night. https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Fredericks-Original-Moisturizing-Treatment/dp/B07VGMW4RM/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=JRD6MKMZ3KQM&keywords=heel+socks+for+dry+cracked+feet&qid=1670030507&sprefix=Heel+socks%2Caps%2C63&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&smid=A2NFXBXJ5ESS0Q&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyQzlTWUFJNVA2RlU2JmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMTAzOTEwMkVUTjkxQ1g1NlA3VCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwOTYwMzIwMTZBSElNSk9DTUUzOSZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
