Cracked and rough feet - anyone actually fix this and then have smooth feet

Heel Balm is the only thing that works.

Twice a year or so. With really good maintenance with a foot file and urea cream you probably don’t ever need to do another, but I get lazy. I do it at the beginning of the summer and around now when my feet are beat up from sandals all summer.

I’ve tried Baby Foot and another brand that I got from Sephora. Neither one did anything at all. I have a Diamond foot scraper and follow up with Burt’s Bees Almond & Milk hand cream.

You left it on for the full time, soaked your feet each day afterward and didn’t put any cream on your feet?

Yes. The first time I followed the directions exactly. The second time I left the booties on a little longer. I had absolutely no peeling. Nothing.

I’ve only had that happen when I didn’t soak it feet each day after the treatment or forgot and used moisturizer on my feet before they peeled.

Thanks for the tips. I’ll keep this in mind if I try again. Maybe longer soaking times might help.

This is the brand I have used with excellent results. My SIL swears by it, and uses it all the time because she hates getting pedicures.

Thank you! I’ll try this one. I appreciate your recommendation!

I’m the PP that tried two different brands of foot peels — only to find that neither one of them worked for me. Thank you PP - for recommending this brand! I tried it, following the suggestions that others have made, and it’s working! It’s been less than a week, so I still have some peeling and shedding to do. Eeeew / Yay
