The whole point of the article - which you clearly didn't read - is that the Pennsylvania school district in question refused to allow these CRT documents to be viewed by a parent. The parent had to sue the district just to see them. And the relevant information has been posted multiple times. Again - you were saying something about "idiots" who can't read?
