Of course not. In some cases school systems are doubling down on their commitment to “equity,” which is effectively CRT is practice.

This battle over the future of our schools and nation will play out for years to come - namely, is the goal to provide equal opportunity or to radically redistribute private wealth and societal resources to certain groups (principally ADOS) with the illusory goal of promoting equal outcomes.

No school system is doing that or else you'd hear about it, sweetie. Fox would cover it like a fly on shit. OP meant that there was never any CRT to begin with. You got played, its okay.

CRT isn't "equity," and the fact that you equate them means that you've fallen for the propaganda (which was INTENDED to make you conflate all the conservative bugbears with "CRT.") And it worked, and they won the election, and now, like the migrant caravans and Ebola and whatever other bogeyman always appears before the election and vanishes afterwards, it's gone, except for the book banning.

What are you talking about OP? A little more serious discussion and comment, please, or this will be reported as a troll post.

CRT actually refers to a real legal theory about the ways that facially neutral laws could have different effects on different groups of people because of the way that racism shapes the system, not just the individual. It is not, and has never been taught in grade school. Some people used it to mean "teaching American history in a way that includes bad stuff white people did," which is just...history. (The reason they picked that particular term was because originally they tried to tie it to Marxist critical theory, which is something else entirely.)

No it isn't, but that you actually believe this is quite a tell.

Because other than theories in law school and certain grad schools, it actually isn't a thing.

Because it's not a thing at all in elementary or secondary schools. It never was. It was a boogeyman used by the right to freak voters out and drive them to the poles. Just like that "migrant caravan" from a few years back.

I can't find the threads about it but Youngkin did some stuff, made some new rules about this issue.

I assume, since you missed it, that you don't have school-age kids.

Stuff like mandating that "this thing that isn't actually happening shall not happen any more." And os his followers believe he, magically and with great force and thunder, made that thing that wasn't happening disappear, so he's their hero. It's like Daddy pretending to slay the monster under you bed, becoming your hero protector in the process.
