It depends. But probably the state since it would likely be a state highway. |

I really want interchanges
|
| Did anyone see the Fox Five Zip Trip in Lucketts last week? That was fun. All those vibrant and adorable shops will disappear if they widen Rt. 15. |
| Who cares? I just want a limited access highway. |
|
How so? There's room to the west of town for a BYPASS, I fail to see how that will kill those places off. |
| How will this effect my kids bus ride into school? |
AFFECT not EFFECT |
| The ONLY people who want 15 widened are the MD commuters and the folks who live just north of Leesburg in those new developments along Battlefield. Oh, and of course I forgot the biggest reason why it's getting widened - the developers have the BOS in their pockets. |
267 runs East and West. |
No...it runs North-South |
The Dulles Toll Road does not run North-South. |
“ The toll road begins just inside the Capital Beltway near West Falls Church at a connector to Interstate 66 to Washington, D.C., travels westward through Fairfax County past Dulles, and terminates at the entrance to the Dulles Greenway, a privately owned toll road that is a continuation of Route 267.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virginia_State_Route_267 |
| The Greenway runs N-S |
