Please recommend some target schools for my junior

14:44 here. The campus itself is quite attractive and borders a river. However, another whole side faces a huge cemetery and there really is nothing like cafes, coffee shops or a drug store within a decent walking distance for students. College Town (commercial/residential development) tries to meet that need but it is too far to walk, especially in the winter, and the times we visited we saw only a few students there.

Can someone tell us what Rochester is like. My son is looking for some safer options. He’s undecided on major, likes STEM stuff but likely to major in social sciences. High stats.
