Sue him for what? Serious question. What would their damages be? |
| 6 pages and nobody has explicitly named misogyny as a being very much present in this interaction. Men throw their weight around when they don’t think there are other men around. Plain as day. |
Verbal abuse Making intimidating threats Using profanities in public place Disrupting their place of work in loud aggressive manner |
Misogynistic threats Large man threatening safety of much smaller young women |
Damages - set up college fund for each young woman and public apology |

I wish a larger man, with dignity, walked in as he was threatening those girls. As a wealthier white man, I can't stand ego maniac dudes who think money gives them a right to feel superior to anyone. He was a jerk to yell at them.
Even if a customer yelled at them I would not want my employees yelling back at a customer like that. Even before he went over the top none of them sounded like they were trying to make it better and de escalate it by how they replied. Being a jerk should not lead to losing your job. |

And people like the PPP are shouting to the world “look how weak we are!” And I sometimes wonder if I’m being paranoid enough[i]. |
He was way more than a jerk, jerk. |
Wait a teenage girl should have deescalated this ? |
Umm, no…Throwing a drink, refusing to leave when ordered, and trying to force his way into the employee area is not just “being a jerk.” It’s assault, trespassing, and, yes, shows he should not be trusted at his employer. |
