Is Ginni Thomas A Threat To The Supreme Court?

It was 43 degrees that day. I think she's trying to get ahead of something. I hope she knows her cell phone will reveal where she was and when. She further claims that she and Clarence have their own seperate careers and she intends to keep up her political work. Didn't she just fly with him to speak at a right wing conference? Thomas needs to retire. Her TPUSA partner bragged on 1-7-21 that they funded 80 buses to the riot, but deleted the Tweets. She insists she didn't fund them. Her whole shtick is fund raising.

This is outrageous.

Thomas should be forced out. This is completely egregious.

If they had been Democrats Fox News and the right-wing machine would have drummed them out by now.

Et tu Forbes?

"Justice Clarence Thomas’s Wife Ginni Behind Group That Reportedly Pushed January 6 ‘Fake Electors’ Scheme"

https://www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2022/02/22/justice-clarence-thomas-wife-ginni-behind-group-that-reportedly-pushed-january-6-fake-electors-scheme/?sh=24dca1c9432d

"Thomas’ wife, Ginni, serves on the board of C.N.P. Action, the political advocacy arm of the right-wing Council for National Policy, which the Times reports circulated an “action steps” document after the 2020 presidential election that advocated for challenging the election results in Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania.

C.N.P. Action told its members to “pressure” GOP state lawmakers to appoint alternate slates of electors in states that President Joe Biden won, in an effort to get Congress to recognize those electors over the Democratic ones, claiming there was “historical, legal precedent” for doing so."

If they had succeeded the case would have most certainly gone before the Supreme Court.

I thought Forbes was a conservative publication.

They ARE a conservative publication. Nothing about this unethical BS is “conservative “.

If, however, you want to argue that the current Republican Party has re-purposed the word “conservative “ and does, indeed, stand for immoral, unethical, and criminal behavior, I’ll not argue with you. [b]

Exactly.

Party over country & ethics

What defense do Republicans have on this?

Nothing means anything to them. No honor, no ethics, no morals.

Time to put the screws to them.
DOJ and the committee don’t go after Jenni, as soon as Clarence resigns.

Three-scoops GInni,
They call her three-scoops Ginni.
But that’s OK. That’s OK.
She loves Trump. She loves Trump.

And don’t forget Clarence,
The guy doesn’t like to strain himself,
They call him quittin’-time Clarence.
That’s what they call him.

Or how about they both go down for their crimes? Of course that dumb cluck Roberts would probably be happy to drag his reputation totally into the gutter and would let Thomas rule from prison.

For those not familiar, this has to do with Clarence's confirmation hearing and the allegations of sexual harrassment while he was head of EEOC.

.."Hill provided lurid details about Thomas' alleged inappropriate behavior at the Department of Education: "He spoke about acts that he had seen in pornographic films involving such matters as women having sex with animals and films showing group sex or rape scenes ...On several occasions, Thomas told me graphically of his own sexual prowess ... and made embarrassing references to a porn star by the name of Long Dong Silver". She also said that the following incident occurred later after they had both moved to new jobs at the EEOC: "Thomas was drinking a Coke in his office, he got up from the table at which we were working, went over to his desk to get the Coke, looked at the can and asked, 'Who has put pubic hair on my Coke?'..."

Gross. He never belonged on the Supreme Court to begin with.

Man, everyone in this crew uses such weird capitalization.

“Help This Great President stand firm, Mark!!!...You are the leader, with him, who is standing for America’s constitutional governance at the precipice. The majority knows Biden and the Left is attempting the greatest Heist of our History.”
