You have the wrong tense. She had those. Now that Meadows has plea-bargained, he doesn't get to pick and choose what information he cares to divulge. If the DA's office asks about her, he has to answer and testify or he will be in violation of his plea bargain and would probably be charged and convicted on the spot.
