Our first game at Muldoon was on a field that was significantly uphill/downhill from goal to goal. Amusing.

They still shouldn’t have an ECNL team in the 4th division. That’s crazy.
Won their first game 6-0.

We used to joke - what was the score uphill vs downhill.

It's U13, so nobody knows how good these teams are (or aren't), regardless of league. But I agree that this particular team was clearly underseeded. Second division would have been perfect. Bucks Wolfe should be in first in lieu of Arlington.

they tied their second game so fc Charles shouldn't have been there

That is what BRYC does. Lose in league games and then play in tournaments/brackets that they can dominate.

Why are so many games earlier in the day not updated on their website?

Bethesda’s top teams u15 and up are off to a rough start. They have not won a game. 0-5-2.

Treating them like showcases. As it should be.

Now do the 2010, 2009, and 2008 teams.

Yeah, they tied the second game. Anything except winning that bracket is an embarrassment. Most of the kids on that team were / would be on second and third teams elsewhere.

I would suspect most teams are allowing all players equal time for kids to be seen. I know our BSC team is not leaving the starting 11 on the field for more than 30 - 40 min. but hey if you judge quality of play and programs based on a college showcase then more power to you.

Don’t care about pre-pubescent soccer.

They managed to squeak through to the finals by beating PPA’s second team 1-0.

A couple of close games, but they made it to the finals against SYC, who beat PPA in the morning.
