Hello! When I asked if you are on the right career path, I had BE BOLD AND MAKE THE FIRST MOVE in reverse and STUDY along with the supporting word HAPPY. When I asked what would happen if you changed paths, I got 5 of WANDS, JUSTICE reversed, and 9 of SWORDS.

So the first two cards make me feel like you are on the right path. At the very least, this is not a time to make any changes. Perhaps this is a career where you can study and learn more to further and broaden what you are currently doing. It does seem to make you happy, or it seems that it has the potential to. The last three cards indicate that changing careers could make things difficult at this time. Justice in reverse suggest imbalance, 9 of Swords in reverse indicates hopelessness and 5 of Wands is competition. Having to relocate, settle in, find your way around, meet new people, new schools if you have kids and a new office can most definitely leave you feeling vulnerable. Hello! I feel like you went into this job with big ambitions and drive, however it's not what you expected it to be (King of SWORDS and 4 of WANDS reversed). The 10 of WANDS is showing you carrying around a burden. I sometimes use the bottom of the deck to help me clarify the overall energy and it is one of feeling drained (STAR reversed) and you are indecisive and at a crossroads (indicated by the 2 of SWORDS). So that is not new information, but it's definitely a confirmation. I asked if you should stay or go and pulled the 5 of Pentacles and the 7 of SWORDS. 5 of Pentacles also shows depletion and the 7 of Swords shows deception. This environment does not seem to be working for you. However, the last card I pulled was LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE. I think that is going to be what will help you finally make the decision. Are you okay staying where you are, constantly being stressed out and drained? Where is the joy in that? However, if you get out now, provided that you are financially okay to do so, you will feel the weight lifted and can find your spark again. I am sure the idea of changing a job is just as stressful, however, your mental health and well being is very, very important. Look at the Bigger picture...what does your inner voice tell you to do? If you listen to it, you will have your answer.

I feel like this wasn't very helpful, but sometimes the decision that you make is a lesson for you to learn. I kept pulling cards and they kept showing me you feeling drained in your current work environment and no solid answer. If I go purely on my intuition, my gut reaction is you need a change sooner rather than later.

Thank you for the reading! I think the hardest part about this is that I don’t know what my gut says. It says something different every day. There is some joy in my job, but a lot of it is just really hard. I don’t see myself here forever, but I just can’t figure it out if I need to get out now or not. I’ve been looking around for other jobs, but even doing that isn’t helping me with clarity.

Hello! So I pulled the WHEEL OF FORTUNE, STRENGTH, QUEEN OF CUPS and 4 of PENTACLES

With the Wheel of Fortune and Strength card coming out, I feel that a move to a new location may work for you all. They are both major arcana cards and major arcana cards deal with big life issues. To me they are saying that you are strong enough for a total change and with the 4 of Pentacles and Queen of Cups, you will always have everything you need with you. What is your gut telling you to do? Your intuition can help you make your final decision.

Thank you, OP, this is very promising. I love what I do, so much that in late 2020 I decided to hang my hat out, not entirely on my own but with a significant decrease in income. Obviously, with COVID, finding my own clients has been difficult, in a B2B consulting world, and I’m second guessing the giving it a go on my own. I don’t want to stop when I’m on thr cusp of maybe better, but no reason to be destitute if being self-employed will just be too far, too much, but I’m not sure I’m interested in going back to working for someone else! 😩😩😩.
